 · Amma Massage Therapy  uses a nurturing rocking motion that addresses the entire body's energy pathways.  This energy is manipulated through deep tissue massage and bodywork, to open up any blockages that may be present, using the same pressure points that are used in acupuncture, and stimulating the free flow of Qi. It focuses on the balance and movement of energy within the body.

 · Healing Touch uses light gentle touch on or above the body to clear, energize and balance the human energy field assisting in balancing your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being.

 CranioSacral                                                            $85.00 1 hr                      $125.00   1 &1/2 hrs.

· CranioSacral uses gentle, light touch to monitor the rhythm of the craniosacral system and detect  restrictions or imbalances. Delicate techniques enable the body to release restrictions assisting the body's ability to heal itself. 

Mary Anne Bland is a Healing Touch Practitioner and a Diplomat, Asian Bodywork, Amma Practitioner.  She also holds a certificate in CranioSacral.  She is a member of Healing Touch International (HTI) and American Organization for Bodywork Therapies of Asia (AOBTA).  She is nationally certified under the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) and licensed in the State of Wisconsin.   Mary Anne is also a volunteer Healing Touch Practitioner with Visiting Nursing Association (VNA) in Lake Geneva and with Lakeland Hospital in Elkhorn.
